Slippin Again. Maybe.

Back to negative habits. Gosh darn. therapy isn’t working (FALSE!)

Don’t get sucked into the common mistruth that therapy (and more generally your strides to be better) aren’t working because you’ve slipped again into old habits. The normal route forward into better/healthier habits is often through the tumult of slipping back into old habits, noticing this, then choosing to practice your new skills/ behavior. AND, you’re still fully accountable for your behaviors :)
