Welcome

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, licensed in Arizona and Kentucky. Graduating in 2011 with a Masters in Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University. I completed my internship and practiced as a therapist with The Meadows, an acclaimed facility. The last 6 years of my therapeutic practice was with Psychological Counseling Services (PCS). Here I gained experience working with individuals, couples and groups struggling with trauma and addiction, often specifically with sexual compulsivity and betrayal trauma. Recently I started my own private practice in Phoenix, AZ where I see individuals, couples and families both in person and virtually. I am trained in EMDR and Somatic Experience, which are both approaches to the healing of trauma. I look forward to guiding you on your journey to a life you deserve.
